Who You Really Are

A mantra is something you say to yourself over and over until you believe it. You can say it out loud or silently-it doesn't matter as long as it's said with conviction (belief). The concept is part of the idea of visualization-we are or become that which we see (hear, feel) that we are. What is your mantra? What do you say to yourself day in and day out? Have you noticed that, whatever it is, it is what you have become? I like the mantra "my life is easy and effortless." or "I am really happy/content with my life." If your mantra is causing you to be someone you'd rather not be, simply try changing it to something that does work for you. You will see that with practice, soon enough your mantra will help become who you really want to be.
