Ardross Psychology Practice is based on principles of care, recovery, growth and spirituality. Dr. Peter Gibbons and Adri Hunt are registered Clinical Psychologists and have had broad experience in different clinical settings. They aim to help clients integrate and make sense of early attachment difficulties and loss, trauma and grief, and mental distress such as anxiety, depression, anger, and acting out behaviours. They explore personality traits that affect interpersonal relationships and the achievement of personal goals. They support the concept that both integration and differentiation of life events help individuals and families to live a more meaningful and empowered life. They adhere to a needs-based approach and will negotiate, where practical, fees and access to their services
