Approach Description
Together we learn to separate out the competent adult in you from the irrational inner child. Your reactivities are understood as unmet childhood needs. When we can address those, all symptoms naturally dissolve.

Danute Kuncas Practice Description
My areas of focus are in helping individuals get back in touch with their feelings through somatic practices that develop physical intelligence. This means, you get to feel what it is you want, no matter what others may want or think you should want. You learn to access your authentic, vital desires and needs - and learn how to make things happen for yourself. Individual therapy and group sessions focus on self-empowerment and self-transformation. All achievement should be 10% discipline and 90% inspired passion. Too much discipline buries feelings and shuts down the subtle intimations of the soul. Don't make yourself do what you don't really want to do. Find out what you most deeply, authentically want -and your own hunger will get you there with the joy and energy of passionate endeavor.
