The ideal client/patient comes in my door looking to enrich a marriage relationship that has gotten off-track or is struggling with anxiety (with or without panic disorder) or other stress-related issues. Other areas where I have been particularly successful in helping my clients include counseling children and adolescents, separation/divorce, job-related issues, and grief counseling . I use a number of approaches including CBT, Audio-Visual Entrainment, biofeedback, Adlerian counseling, and play therapy.
