My practice is based upon my 40 years of psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy experience and 53 years as a martial artist. I provide my clients with evidence based counseling/psychotherapy to help them to reach their goals by learning new healing modalities, communication skills, understanding their emotions, and exploring the relationships between Body, Mind and Spirit. I have extensive experience in the Mental Health field, ten years as a Psychology Professor, and I have presented dozens of seminars and workshops. Please call for a free consultation.
