Lisa Loustaunau Practice Description
Holistic Integrative approach unifying Mind, Body, & Spirit
Certified Core Energetics Practitioner
Clinical Hypnotherapist
Interfaith Spiritual Counselor
Beyond talk therapy, sessions engage the client's energy system to open deeper levels of feeling and consciousness that are held in the body's emotional/physical blocks. Growth requires that we be willing to leave our "comfort zone", (which can generally be translated as our "known" suffering) to engage the unknown, and be open to having experiences and feelings that for any number of reasons, we needed suppress, often because they do not fit into the image of the person we believe we are "supposed" to be. Meeting and energetically integrating these aspects of ourself give us a more grounded, honest, and embodied sense of self. Makes more of our energy available for creative use and opens the heart as we accept all of who we are.
Clients move at their individual pace and each individuals process is unique. Many mind/body techniques may be used as needed including: grounding, breathing, expressive energy work, focusing, role play, hands-on techniques.
Session last for the full hour.
Group process is also available. A new group will begin in March 2010 and new members will be introduced along the way. Meeting in Norwalk and Ridgefield, twice per month on Thursday evenings. This group will be co-led and the cost is $60 per group. Participants must commit to attending 10 groups in order to join. E-mail for more information.
