Chuck Hancock Practice Description
My approach to counseling is mindfulness based, experiential, present moment, positive, and compassionate, helping you explore and discover the parts of you that are in the way of you seeing and being who you really are. We don't just talk. You could talk to anybody for free. Rather I guide you to be aware of and experience what is already happening inside you, which is much more effective than just talking about problems. I have extensive training as a therapist in the Hakomi Method of Experiential Psychotherapy, which has prepared him well to take you beyond talk deeper into your heart, body, and mind - deeper into fully knowing yourself. My experience and methods will help you navigate a wide variety of life and career challenges helping you discover and transform your deeply held self-limiting core beliefs, which creates more complete and lasting change.
