I am dedicated to an eclectic approach to help clients be in control of their lives and find joy. These times are confusing and overwhelming to most of us but we can face the challenges together. After 25 yrs in practice I am a seasoned therapist who is comfortable accepting your present realities.

Approach Description: Holistic approach including Zen Psychology, Gestalt, and a Future Positive Orientation. Hypnosis or guided imagery is another therapeutic tool that can be useful.

The need to change some of your present delimmas gives us a platform to get started and make it happen. I tailor my therapeutic approach individually to you as a unique valuable person. We talk about what you need whether it includes spirtuality, hypnosis, health information and holistic support, yoga and meditation or reframing your attitude about past hurts and disidentify with them. I enjoy adding humor when it is appropriate to lighten your load being in the human condition with all of us. I look forward to talking to you and hearing about how I can help you.
