I see your therapy as three main points: 1)It is a COURAGEOUS ENDEAVOR. It isn't easy to bring your emotional and/or complex issues to someone you have never met and trust him/her to be able to help you make the changes you need. 2)It is a COLLABORATIVE EFFORT. Together we build a relationship that fosters trust and authenticity. In that environment we explore and discover what is contributing to your sense of unease/imbalance. 3) It is a CHANGE EFFECT. We are now ready to develop goals and/or a plan to help you make meaningful change where you feel fulfilled with a renewed sense of strength and empowerment. I am a provider for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Beacon Health, and Cigna insurance. Otherwise, I use a sliding scale to determine the cost for each session. Most sessions are an hour long. I have flexible hours, Monday through Thursday, starting at 9 AM and going into the evening. My office is at a convenient location in Cumming, GA. It includes handicapped friendly entrance and parking.
