Ryan Ramsey

Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC
You've struggled with feeling disconnected from others for a long time. It used to be easier to make real connections when you were younger but, lately, you find yourself missing a sense of belonging that you once had. And even though you enjoy spending time on your own sometimes, it's hard to not get discouraged about your future when you're trying to psych yourself up about spending another Saturday night reading a book and eating ice cream by yourself in your apartment. You want to feel noticed and appreciated - to feel like you belong again. You want to make sense of what has happened to you that made you lose your confidence. During our work together, I'll help you see yourself in a more positive light, to feel less concerned about what others may think of you, to see and appreciate your value and worth as a person, and to look forward to your future. I'll help you reconnect to your emotions, your goals and, most importantly, to reconnect to yourself so you can be happy again. Feeling alone can make you lose hope that you'll ever feel connected to others and get what you want from life but you don't have to keep feeling like this: I can help. Take the next step and visit my website to book an initial consultation where we'll talk about you and your goals and how I can help you get better. I’m looking forward to talking with you.

TRS Neurofeedback & Counseling

Counselor/Therapist, Ph.D., LPC, BCN, QEEG-D
I have been practicing Counseling and Neurofeedback for 20 years. I have found that talk therapy often takes a very long time because your brain and nervous system are not able to fully engage in the therapy and you feel like a failure at yet one more thing. My biggest area of expertise is Neurofeeback for anxiety, depression, sleep issues, ADD, memory problems and PTSD. It is typically less expensive than traditional talk therapy and works much faster saving valuable time and money. After Neurofeedback training, additional talk therapy is often not needed. We are also able to help many clients wean off of medications in the process of healing and restoring the brain. We don't create perfectly well behaved children or adults without problems, but our clients say that they are able to face life's challenges with better emotional regulation. My passion is to help each individual find what is blocking their potential and move forward to be everything they can be. I have found that looking at brainwave patterns that may cause dysregulation and then developing treatment plans to train the brain to permanently shift these patterns is the key for many to thriving in mental and emotional health.

Counselor/Therapist, MEd, LPC
Have you ever seen the image of a client laying on the couch while the therapist asks in a quiet and serious tone: tell me how that makes you feel...I can assure you that is not me! Although we will dive into your feelings and emotions, I do not fit the caricature of a therapist. I am in the business of assisting to heal relationships - with yourself or loved ones - from the inside out. Together we will lay out the "puzzle pieces" of your life and look at the entire picture together. One by one, I will help you put the entire puzzle together.

Do you constantly feel like you're never good enough? Do you feel like you compare yourself to other people and think they're so much better looking or smarter than you? To learn more about working together, reach out by sending me a message through my profile on here. I'm excited to hear from you!
