Dr. Julia Di Nardo Practice Description

I will teach you the tools to overcome these dysfunctional patterns to build self-esteem, emotional resilience, and find peace with food. You will also learn to cope with the challenges of life without needing to rely on food. You can break free from the destructive cycle of dieting and emotional eating!

In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer workshops, groups and individual coaching on learning how to eat intuitively. In this unique approach, you learn to listen to the wisdom of your body and its hunger signals, so that you stop overeating and lose weight in a safer, longer-lasting way.

Because I believe that feeling understood and safe in the therapeutic relationship is so central to your success, I encourage you to contact me for a free telephone consultation to see if we're a good match. To find out more about my approach, please visit
