Psychotherapy for a wide range of issues including anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, career. Together, we can work towards improving relationship skills, coming up with a plan for the future, or just feeling better about yourself. In the case of anxiety or other mental health issues, we can work towards reducing the frequency, duration, and intensity of the negative feelings that you are experiencing. Evening and weekend appointments available. Sessions may be covered by workplace insurance plans (look for the term "social worker" in your benefits package).
