The clients I assist are working through various life challenges including depression, anxiety, fear, trauma, relationship difficulties, physical health issues, substance abuse, all types of addictions, co-dependency and abuse. I take an eclectic approach to client wellness, meaning I will adjust in order to best meet your particular needs. My overall approach is conversational, non-judgemental and solution focused with humor and laughter always welcome :)
