Ms. Sareet R Taylor Practice Description
Treating anxiety-related problems is my specialty. I can help you to work through that fear, and teach you techniques to let go of the constant worrying, relax, and achieve peace of mind.
My approach to counseling is holistic, because I have found that engaging both your mind AND your body in therapy facilitates greater positive change. I use mind-body techniques including yoga, hypnosis and neurolingustic programming to help you learn to let go of the anxiety and get back to living the life you want. Rather than having to "dig deep" through past experiences, as many therapists do, I engage your senses, your body, and humor to get faster results.
These techniques are extremely effective in helping you to gain control of your anxiety and your life. They are are very helpful with other issues with which I have a lot of experience: recovery from trauma, postpartum depression and other issues facing new mothers, body image, depression, and addiction.
You can gain control of your issues, no matter what they are. I can help you through this process, helping you to gain new insight as you learn to quiet your hectic, busy mind and gain new skills to take better care of yourself.
I provide psychotherapy and counseling services, which includes a blend of my skills in mindfulness, neurolinguistic programming, hypnosis, and yoga. for older children, adolescents and adults. I am also a registered yoga teacher, and can provide private, semi-private, and small group therapeutic yoga sessions.
The most important component of successful therapy is the relationship between you and your counselor. I am happy to offer you a free 20-30 minute consultation, either by phone or in my office, to help you determine whether I am the right therapist for you. Call 407-701-5414 today to take advantage of this free consultation.
