Ms. Sareet R Taylor Practice Description
Treating anxiety-related concerns and addiction is my specialty. I can help you to work through these concerns, change your experience, your behavior, and lead a more fulfilling life.
My approach to counseling is holistic, because I have found that engaging both your mind AND your body in therapy facilitates greater positive change. I use mind-body techniques including yoga, hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming, and am flexible in my approach to best meet your needs. I am also trained in Phoenix Freedom Technique, a unique blend of NLP and hypnosis very effective with smoking and other addictive behaviors.
I often find that people who have not found much relief in therapy do well with me. And very often, it doesn't have to take a long time. I focus on getting you to engage your mind, your body, and your sense of humor to facilitate and speed up your healing.
You can gain control of your issues, no matter what they are. I can help you through this process, so that you can get back to living the life you want.
I provide psychotherapy and counseling services, which includes a blend of my skills in mindfulness, neurolinguistic programming, hypnosis, and yoga. for older children, adolescents and adults. I am also a registered yoga teacher, and can provide private, semi-private, and small group therapeutic yoga sessions. I am also a qualified clinical supervisor for counseling interns.
The most important component of successful therapy is the relationship between you and your counselor. I am happy to offer you a free 20-30 minute consultation, either by phone or in my office, to help you determine whether I am the right therapist for you. Call 407-701-5414 today to take advantage of this free consultation.
