After 40 years as a practicing psychologist and psychotherapist, I find the work ever more engaging and rewarding. By taking a collaborative, interactive approach, I try to help people look for different ways of handling problems, whether they be old, familiar ones or new, even unexpected, ones.
I believe in working with the person, not just the problem. Knowing that each person has her/his own set of inner resources and abilities I am excited to offer a high standard of counseling practice which helps clients utilize their assets to set in motion meaningful growth and change.
I provide psychological evaluation and treatment for people who are having trouble with problems in living well including anxiety and depression. My approach is cognitive-behavioral primarily, but I have found that successful therapy requires a individualized approach.
Today, you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and healing. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.
