What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and others.

Will I be able to update my profile information after signing up?

Yes. Once you have completed the sign-up process you will automatically have access to update your profile information.

For future updates and changes, simply login to TherpyTribe.com and select "Edit Your Profile Page" from the Members Account Section. You may modify all information submitted for your profile at any time.

How long will it take for my profile to be activated?

Your profile will be instantly activated and accessible to update. We encourage you to complete your profile with as much detail and personality as possible. This is the storefront for your practice and future patients will be able to search your profile instantly.

In what order are profiles displayed?

For zip code searches, profiles are sorted by distance and displayed in random order within the same zip code. For advanced searches profiles are displayed in random order.

How will people find my profile in your directory?

There are many ways our visitors may find your profile. They may be referred by a search engine (such as Google, Yahoo!, or Bing) which has previously indexed the contents of your profile on our site, or they may use the "Find a Therapist" search form located at TherapyTribe.com.

Since TheapyTribe.com is part of the WebTribes family, the largest network of mental health support communities on the web, our therapist directory is marketed to over 150,000 targeted visitors each month. In addition, we advertise aggressively year-round on top search engines such as Google, Yahoo!, & Bing. Our ads also appear prominently on many other leading websites that display sponsored ads from the Google and Yahoo! distribution networks, including WebMD, Facebook, Revolution Health and About.com.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

For your convenience, monthly and yearly subscriptions are automatically renewed. If you do not wish to renew your membership please use the cancellation form in the Manage Billing Info Section at least 3 days prior to the end of your contract renewal date.

What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your profile activation, simply use the cancellation form within the Manage Billing Info Section to request a cancellation.

If you are on an annual contract, your full payment will be promptly refunded, no questions asked.
