A big part of making and keeping friends is doing your part.If some 1gives too much, anger sets in.Friends can expect forgiveness. But the friend who feels used may want to spend less time with the less reliable friend.

When determining the relationship’s value ask yourself these things.

1 Is it too much work?

2 What do I gain?

3 Who  comes first?

4 Can I let go?

If the answer to #4 is no, speakup. Ambiguous boundaries do not improve  a personal  or business relationship. When the exchange of time, money or affection is at stake  the question  isn’t  right or wrong. The question  is will you be honoring your values?
