Approach Description: I am trained in several evidence-based trauma treatment modalities. During our initial session, we’ll work together to determine the best approach for your unique needs. I specialize in highly effective treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Brainspotting, which have helped many clients achieve recovery and healing from trauma and PTSD.
