As a pain psychologist, I offer integrative online therapy that helps you make sense of your symptoms, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in neuroscience — no toxic positivity, no pressure to “just push through.”
Whether you're burnt out, feeling stuck, or just tired of doing it all alone, this work is a place to find relief and rebuild your capacity. If you’re ready for something different, let’s talk.

Approach Description: My approach blends evidence-based therapies (like CBT, ACT, and nervous system regulation tools) with a strong focus on honoring your story, your pace, and your lived experience. Some clients come to therapy wanting practical tools and strategies to reduce stress and feel more in control. Others want a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have felt silenced or stuck in survival mode. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, build capacity, and move forward in ways that feel sustainable. Whether you're seeking structure, softness, or a little of both — we’ll tailor the process to support what you need most.

Session packages and payment plans are also available on a case-by-case basis.

- I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I work with Reimbursify, a service that helps clients verify their out-of-network benefits and submit claims for reimbursement — all on your behalf. I specialize in therapy for chronic pain, illness-related stress, and nervous system overload. Many of my clients have “tried everything” — medications, providers, advice — and still feel stuck or dismissed. My work blends practical strategies with nervous system awareness and identity-level support, so we’re not just treating symptoms — we’re rebuilding self-trust. Whether you’re managing post-surgical pain, fibromyalgia, or the quiet grief of not feeling like yourself anymore, therapy can offer relief, clarity, and a path forward. You don’t have to be in crisis to start. You don’t have to know exactly what you need. You just have to be ready for something different.
