I became a therapist to help people have more connected, safe, and loving relationships. I help couples communicate better, heal from past hurts and improve their sex lives. I help parents and teens who relationships have been strained by mental health or behavior issues. I can help families reconnect and define boundaries around privileges and responsibilities. I help parents of young adults provide support while also fostering independence. I help men heal from the toxic messages around masculinity, tune into their emotions, and deepen their relationships with others. I also work with individuals who want to examine how their beliefs have shaped their behavior, identify unhelpful patterns, and choose ways to live an authentic, open hearted life. Basically, if what you're struggling with is related to attachment, longings, or boundaries, I can help.
