I received a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from William James College in Boston, MA and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at UCLA where I received training in Sport Psychology. I now work full time in private practice and serve as the head Sport Psychologist for the professional running team OAC (On Athletics Club) based in Boulder, CO.
I'm grounded in relational, emotionally focused, and psychodynamic theories that explore one's emotions, relationships, personal strengths, and life experiences to promote growth and lasting change. I also utilize cognitive behavioral and solution focused interventions to address emotion regulation skills and anxiety management.
