Treatment Approach

  • Gottman Method
  • Internal Family Systems
  • Narrative
Approach Description: My approach is relational and based on the belief that our emotional well-being is impacted by the quality of our connections. I see clients as part of a complex web of relationships and inner parts. My main goal is to build a supportive relationship with you where we can explore the patterns that impact your life. Together, we'll dive into your past experiences and current interactions to gain insights into patterns and unresolved conflicts. The idea is to understand and reframe these patterns, so you can have healthier ways of relating and communicating. Throughout the therapy process, I emphasize empathy, active listening, and validation, creating a safe space where you can freely explore your feelings and thoughts. There's nothing to "fix," only things to understand.
