Approach Description: My practice is centered on individual therapy, with a focus on supporting young adults and adults. I understand that each stage of life presents its own unique challenges. For young adults, I offer support with identity exploration, transitions, and the uncertainties that come with finding your path. For adults, I provide a compassionate space to process grief, manage anxiety, and address perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, or the weight of unresolved emotional struggles. I tailor each session to your needs, ensuring you feel supported in a way that resonates with your personal goals. Sessions are conducted in English, and I aim to create an environment where you can feel comfortable and understood, no matter where you are in your journey. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, and my approach reflects that belief. I integrate a variety of evidence-based methods to ensure that your therapy plan is as unique as you are. Some of the approaches I use include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Emphasizing mindfulness and values-driven actions. Narrative Therapy: Exploring and reshaping the stories we tell ourselves about our lives. Somatic Therapy: Addressing the mind-body connection to release stored emotions. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy: Creating actionable steps toward your goals. Internal Family Systems: Connecting with each part of your personality, even the parts that can be frustrating. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Identifying and reframing negative thought patterns. For grief counseling, I often blend these approaches to help you process your emotions while developing tools to build emotional resilience. Whether you’re dealing with grief, anxiety, OCD, or trauma, my eclectic and flexible style ensures your needs are at the heart of every session.
