This method allows counseling to become a two-way process, a back-and-forth, in which we talk with each other rather than to each other. This conversational style also allows for you to tell your story in your own language, without any expectations or judgments, and for me to share my thoughts, questions, opinions and observations simply as food for thought. Through our collaboration and the use of complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we can work together to uncover and change thinking and behavior patterns that may be holding you back from experiencing a more rewarding, meaningful life.
