I strive to create a warm, collaborative space with every client to explore distressing feelings and emotions that are showing up in your life. I pay particular attention to the way early relationship dynamics might inform certain difficulties in relating in the present, and how these dynamics might be getting in the way of living your life to its fullest, being present in your relationships, and achieving your goals. I have many years of experience treating anxiety, depression, and more acute concerns like Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or schizophrenia.
