You are looking for help and you need someone who uses effective, person-centered and science-backed strategies to address issues you are having. Someone who gives you the space you need in your imperfections and struggles and walks, collaboratively with you, to unpack the processes that got you where you are today and kept you stuck in the same issues. I am the one. I use your strengths, resources and skills you have (or learn alongside) to get to your best hopes. I embody the conviction that you are unique and you need tailored interventions that speak to your lived reality. Sometimes we are so much stuck in our distorted reality and we need someone to help us gain insight and a different perspective. To guide us in our journey towards discovering behaviours and thinking patterns that may have been useful in the past, but no longer serving us today . I am transparent, use collaboration and believe in your ability to own and work for the change that aligns with your framework and values. It is only when we unpack what has been happening, what has maintained the circle and accept ourselves in our maladaptive realities that we can change.
I operate from a strengths-based, schemas focused and CBT perspectives. I am all into precision and measurement of progress both in our working alliance and in the interventions I use. I give and facilitate hope while supporting you to find inner resources and ways to autonomously use them to get where you want to be. Call or email me today for a free 15minutes consultation.

I provide a range of therapy approaches and options based on what is most relevant for a particular problem and for you. I believe that the ‘right fit’ should be based on good scientific evidence and what works for you in your current context and circumstances. I operate from a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) perspective and integrate other approaches based on your clinical conditions and your background while focusing on maintaining factors in the here and now.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) refers to range of therapies with a common focus on helping people break free from cycles of unhelpful thoughts, emotions, physical experiences and actions. Traditionally, this is achieved through a focus on changing negative thoughts. However, I use a range of approaches from different schools of CBT while adhering to what has worked in empirical studies. At times, this may involve simply owning your strengths and focusing on what has been working, visualizing what the future without the problem looks like and what you need, in as much details as possible to get there.
A typical cognitive behavioral contract starts with helping clients identify the goals and values. The client and I collaborate to create an understanding of the problem(s) or condition (s) based on research, as well as the personal story of the client. That’s not rigid as a structure, though. Oftentimes, getting the best hopes and what the journey towards the best outcomes by using internal (skills) and external (environmental factors) resources may look like, is what clients need. My role is to act as a coach to help the client navigate effectively through their life circumstances. Cognitive behavioral therapy sessions are always structured; they involve questionnaires to measure clients’ progress and action plans to implement between sessions. My starting point is that you, the client, know best what you need in life and what you went through to pick the best from the menu of options that I help you see.
CBT is the most scientifically studied therapy and can be used to treat a range of mental illnesses (Depression, all Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, PTSD and more) and physical health conditions.
There are several CBT schools and my approach is unified, meaning that I look for what works based on the needs of the client I am working with. Integration and multidisciplinary inputs are what appear to meet clients where the multidimensional, and constantly evolving life is at.
