Bondi-Mind Counselling is a small practice in Bondi, NSW, Australia. I believe strongly in the use of mindfulness and compassion focused therapy as a starting point for change. Using a person centred approach I am guided by you and what you need help with. That means listening without judgement, being empathic, taking the time and providing the space for you to feel comfortable and supported to make changes. I use a variety of modalities including ACT therapy, compassion focused therapy, CBT, DBT and psycho-education. I focus on anxiety, relationships, work issues, life transitions, trauma, and permanent residency issues. I have many clients who do not have the support of family in friends, as Bondi is a place of people from many different countries and cultures, who do not necessarily have the support they require.
