Approach Description: My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to best meet the individual needs of each client. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. For clients struggling with intense emotions or interpersonal challenges, I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to build emotional regulation skills, foster healthy relationships, and increase emotional awareness.
I also offer Psychoeducational support, helping clients and their families better understand mental health challenges and develop practical tools for coping and communication. For those working through relational issues, I integrate techniques from the Gottman Method to strengthen relationship dynamics through evidence-based communication and conflict resolution strategies. Additionally, I incorporate Art Therapy as a creative and nonverbal avenue for expression, particularly helpful for clients who may struggle to articulate their feelings with words.
By combining these approaches, I create a supportive, flexible space where teens and young adults can gain insight, process emotions, and take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.

My practice is centered on helping teens and young adults navigate the emotional challenges that often arise during adolescence and early adulthood. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem—providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to process difficult experiences and build a stronger sense of self. Whether clients are dealing with past trauma, current stressors, or uncertainty about the future, I meet them where they are with compassion and evidence-based strategies for healing and growth.
Using a personalized, client-centered approach, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed practices to address the unique needs of each person. My goal is to help clients develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate confidence in themselves and their future. I also believe in the power of strong therapeutic relationships and, when appropriate, collaborate with families to ensure consistent and holistic support. At the heart of my work is a belief in every young person’s capacity to heal, grow, and create a meaningful life.
