Approach Description: The therapeutic process I practice is client led, relational, systemic, and process oriented. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, addiction, chronic pain, grief and loss, identity and self-esteem, fertility, parenting challenges and beyond. I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs and goals and I use techniques and interventions that are most likely to help them progress in a way that feels empowering.
