I specialize in supporting young individuals through anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, school-related stress, and relationship concerns. Whether it’s helping a teen manage social anxiety, supporting a child through a family transition, or guiding a young adult in building confidence and coping strategies, I work to provide my clients with tools that foster resilience and emotional well-being. I also have experience supporting individuals with ADHD—offering practical strategies and compassionate insight to reduce overwhelm and increase self-understanding. Parents are included in the process where appropriate, and collaboration is a key part of the work I do. Together, we work toward meaningful change and long-term growth.
