I am passionate about supporting individuals in overcoming anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, and other obstacles in life. Having faced and overcome anxiety and depression myself, I can deeply empathize with those striving to reclaim the quality of life they are accustomed to. I find fulfillment in guiding clients to set meaningful goals, overcome internal and external obstacles, and enhance their overall quality of life. My experience includes providing individual, group, couples, and marriage counseling to people of all ages and backgrounds.
My clients describe me as easygoing, laid-back, easy to talk to, and nonjudgmental. I use aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and goal-oriented therapy, to name a few. I am a musician, so I enjoy incorporating music, art, and other creative methods to help my clients find inspiration and connect with their thoughts and emotions.
