I am a qualified Child and Adolescent psychotherapist. This means that I have completed a five-year training to work with young people and their families to help find solutions to the problems they face; to feel better about themselves and lead more positive lives. Approach Description: My aim is to make our on line sessions interactive, personal, friendly and supportive. As an Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist I adapt my style to you, we can have camera on or off as you prefer each session. As well as talking about any issues that are concering you, I can also use creative therapies on line such as art, music, stories and meditation/relaxation. I strongly believe in working constructively with the whole family and other agencies involved, such as schools, in order to optimise positive outcomes and changes for everyone involved. I will often work with the parents and siblings as well as the child themselves.
