Treatment Approach
- Biopsychosocial Therapy Takes into account biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding mental health. It looks at the whole person, not just symptoms.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.

I'm a Clinical Psychologist specialising in helping adults and teens 16+ with anxiety on adapting to transitions and achieving life goals. I have 15 yrs + experience in the NHS and I offer a friendly and approachable private psychology service. My focus is on providing practical support and strategies to create positive change and enable you to live your life the way you want to. Currently I am offering telephone appointments and online sessions via Zoom and Skype.
I use a integrative approach to provide therapy focusing on managing anxiety, building self esteem and managing transitions and life milestones. I enjoy working with teens over 16 and millennials on achieving your life goals. My NHS specialism was working with people with different thinking styles: autism, ADHD, dyslexia/dyspraxia to achieve your potential. A different thinking style can be a big positive, but it can create organisational, sensory and anxiety/self esteem pressures. It can be really valuable to work through how to scaffold these areas. Many people meet with me to deal with issues with anxiety and self esteem. Please look at my website to find out more and email me with an outline of your issue.
