Dr. Khanali's Neuropsychological Services, LLC

Dr. Roya Khanali, PsyD, is a bilingual clinical psychologist fluent in English and Farsi. She is licensed as a clinical psychologist in New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Khanali provides therapy to adults in life transitions with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, body image issues, self-esteem difficulties, and trauma history. In addition, she provides psychological, neuropsychological, and cognitive assessments to her clients in both Farsi and English languages. Dr. Khanali has extensive experience working with culturally diverse clients. She has her bachelor’s degree in science in English-Farsi Translation. She received her first master’s degree in clinical psychology from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN. Her second master’s degree is in clinical psychology from American School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Khanali continued with her doctorate in APA accredited clinical psychology program at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, DC. She has experience working with clients in multiple settings such as the court systems, employee assistance programs (EAP), private practices, psychiatric and behavioral health hospitals, and forensic and neuropsychological evaluation centers. She completed her post-doctoral training and received additional experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques for the full range of anxiety disorders.
