Elizabeth integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities—including CBT, DBT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, and somatic-informed practices—to create a flexible and responsive approach that supports both emotional and physical well-being. At Elizabeth Eichler’s Psychotherapy and Wellness Clinic, we believe that every person’s healing journey is unique—and that’s exactly how we approach therapy. Our practice is rooted in a holistic, client-centred philosophy, which means we take the time to truly get to know you—your experiences, your challenges, your goals—and tailor our approach to suit your individual needs, rather than expecting you to fit into a predetermined program.
Our work together will focus not only on reducing your symptoms, but also on helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself—your patterns, your story, and the underlying factors that may be contributing to your distress. We want to support you in building lasting tools and strategies to help you cope more effectively and feel more grounded and empowered in your life moving forward.
We draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practices, mindfulness-based approaches, and attachment theory. This integrative approach allows us to develop a treatment plan that aligns with who you are, how you process, and what you need most right now.
Ultimately, our goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change and emotional well-being.
