My mission for my business is to provide healing to people who are thinking about getting married or to those couples who are already married and are struggling to get along with each other. Emotional wounds and hurts almost never happen in isolation as it's always someone in our past who has hurt us. However, the healing from such hurts can also take place within a relationship and that's what my main purpose is.

Treatment Approach
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
Approach Description: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a modality developed mostly by its pioneer, Sue Johnson. EFT focuses on the attachment, or bond that we have with others, and how emotion influences this bond. This program is divided into two major phases; in the first one, couples are guided into reducing their conflict before proceeding to the second phase, in which they work on reconnecting with each other. This approach has a lot of scientific evidence to support its claims.
