Approach Description: I am trained in using the Comprehensive Resource Model or CRM, which is a somatic and integrative therapy model that focuses on past trauma, attachment wounds, and negative experiences that have shaped you as a person that can cause distress, anxiety, and depression. Helping you clear out, integrate, and promote reconsolidation of the memories so that it is laid down again in the brain’s memory systems without the distress it previously carried. CRM uniquely accesses and clears the origin of the split second moments of intolerable emotions/feelings that result in defense responses which lead to life-interfering symptoms, and disconnection from self and others
