I am strongly relational and for me that means that I show up as an authentic person in our sacred therapy space. Over the years, my clients have given me the feedback that they have felt genuinely cared for, understood, and supported by me and that has been instrumental in their healing. I draw from many modalities that I feel personally passionate about and am able to deeply attune to, stay curious, and meet my clients where they're at in terms of what they need at this point on their life journey.

Approach Description: I mainly utilize IFS, attachment theory, mindfulness, and Jungian psychology in the form of story, expressive arts, and dreamwork. I have a background of studies and practice in Buddhism, the wisdom traditions, and earth based ceremony, which are always a supportive force in my life and work.

- Average Session Fee 120-170
- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- If you are a member of the global majority or any other marginalized population, and/or have a lower income or financial difficulty, I trust you to be honest and to pay fairly what you are able to pay (we can discuss this). I generally do not turn people who are in need of mental health support away for financial reasons. Generally, if you own property, have a stable income, retirement, and/or low financial stress, I trust that you will fairly pay full fee. My sliding scale is $120-170 per 55 min session.

I worked in community mental health serving youth, adults, and families from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds for 6+ years. I enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, I speak fluent Spanish, and am familiar with the trauma and struggles associated with racism and immigration. I also love supporting Elders in the later years of life.
