At the heart of most of our distress is an interpersonal wound. We are wired to heal those wounds within the context of a secure relationship. You can feel safe and understood within the attuned, accepting and empowering healing relationship I provide. Together, we can identify what drives your distress and then employ methods of neutralizing that distress so you can feel calmer, lighter, and more confidant.
If a miracle is a shift in perception, we now know from neuroscience that miracles are possible. There are ways we can actually reconsolidate memory. That means that we can move from feeling reactive and triggered to feeling responsive and self-compassionate. The methods I utilize help my clients update their beliefs about themselves so that they feel good in their own skin. These include hypnosis (Trauma-Informed Hypnosis and Holographic Memory Resolution), EMDR, Brainspotting, as well as energy psychology techniques.
