Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, loss or other difficulty in your life I'm here to support you. I can help you to become clearer about what's working /not working in your life, help you gain a better understanding of yourself and find new perspectives that can lead to positive changes. I will listen carefully to your story in order to understand as fully as possible your current situation and way of being in the world. Therapy Sessions Kate Osterloh Practice Description
I am trained most extensively in the existential approach but draw on a number of approaches in order to tailor the therapy to the needs of each individual. I use mindfulness techniques to help clients deal more effectively with stress and anxiety as well as gaining a richer experience of living. The clarification and development of personal meaning is something that I view as fundementally important to the process of therapy. A key part of therapy therefore is often to explore personal values and the extent to which we are living in accordance with these.
