I am trained in Internal Family Systems, a way of working with the brain and body to let go of buried pain and reconnect with a sense of confidence and strength. Though you can’t change painful experiences from the past, you can release negative emotions and beliefs associated with those experiences. You can learn to trust yourself, resolve internal conflicts, and relate more authentically in your relationships.
