Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply attuned. I believe real change happens when you feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. My goal is to help you explore your experiences with curiosity, not judgment, and to support your growth at your own pace. If you’re struggling with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, or life transitions, we’ll work together to find clarity, resilience, and renewed connection with yourself. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and collaborative. I don’t see myself as the expert in your life—rather, I see therapy as a partnership where we explore your experiences together with curiosity and respect. I integrate relational, existential, psychodynamic, and humanistic perspectives, and sometimes draw on cognitive tools when they feel helpful. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding, not correction. Together, we’ll look at the deeper patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. Therapy can be a place to express heavy feelings and make sense of past pain, but it can also hold lightness, humor, and hope. I strive to meet each client exactly where they are. My role is to attune to your needs, honor your pace, and support you in reconnecting with your strengths and sense of possibility.
