I offer evidence-based treatment with a straightforward, supportive approach. My practice focuses on helping people break free from OCD by addressing fear, avoidance, and unhelpful patterns so they can get back to living life on their terms. If you’re ready for real tools, honest conversations, and meaningful change, let’s connect.

Client Focus

Age Specialty: Adult, Senior, Teen, Young Adult
Demographic Expertise: LGBTQ+ clients.

Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
  • Existential/Humanistic
  • Person-Centered
Approach Description: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a highly effective therapy for OCD and anxiety. It helps you gradually face the thoughts, situations, or feelings that trigger anxiety, while resisting the urge to perform habits or rituals (like avoidance or compulsions) to feel better. When we avoid things, anxiety stays in control. But when we face our fears, something important happens: your body’s natural fight-or-flight response rises — and then, if you stick with it, it naturally falls on its own. Over time, your brain learns that these situations aren’t as dangerous as they feel, and the anxiety starts to lose its power. ERP is about retraining your brain, building resilience, and reclaiming your life from fear.
