Hi, I'm Lindsay! I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work in the school system as a certified teacher and at the rink, coaching young athletes in figure skating. During this time, I developed a passion in supporting children, teens and young adults. My Counselling approach is focused on the therapeutic relationship, relational, holistic, client-centred and trauma-informed. I strive to create a non-judgemental environment guided by confidentiality, empathy, and compassion. My practice is supervised by a Registered Social Worker as I work towards my license. Together we will work to enhance your self awareness, develop self compassion and challenge your thoughts that bring about specific emotions and feelings so you can live a more well-balanced and fulfilling life.
