Approach Description: I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. For those who enjoy creative expression, art therapy offers a powerful way to explore emotions, process experiences, and gain insights—no artistic experience required. I also draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical tools for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
For couples, I incorporate the Gottman Method, a research-based approach designed to improve communication, rebuild trust, and foster deeper emotional connections. My work is also informed by a multicultural perspective, ensuring therapy is respectful and inclusive of diverse cultural experiences.
By integrating person-centered, solution-focused, and strength-based techniques, I create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to build on their strengths as they work toward meaningful change. My goal is to tailor therapy to each individual or couple, fostering growth, healing, and connection.
