If life feels unsteady, overwhelming, or hard to make sense of right now, therapy can be a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself. I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends somatic awareness, mindfulness, and practical tools for calming the nervous system and making sense of what you’re experiencing. I work primarily with women, many of whom carry the impact of trauma—whether from past relationships, early experiences, or life transitions that have shaped how they move through the world. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, grief, relationship changes, or creative and life transitions—times when the ground can feel especially uncertain. You don’t have to move through this alone. If you’re ready, or even just curious about what support could look like, I’d love to connect.

Treatment Approach
- Biopsychosocial Therapy Takes into account biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding mental health. It looks at the whole person, not just symptoms.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: My approach is collaborative and paced to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build tools for regulation and resilience, and work gently with emotions or experiences that feel “stuck.” I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, narrative reflection, and sometimes EMDR—always with an emphasis on safety and choice.
Therapy with me is less about fixing and more about remembering. We’ll move toward lasting change at a pace that feels safe, supported, and human.
