Approach Description: For 20+ years I've specialized in integrative, mind-body therapies that address mental health issues holistically. Trauma in particular is stored in the body, and can't be fully addressed with talk therapy alone. I've found that most of our mental health issues benefit from a holistic approach. If you've been in therapy before and were disappointed with the outcome, I encourage you to try a holistic approach and see if it feels more effective for you.
