Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
  • EMDR
  • Integrative
  • Somatic
Approach Description: There is no one-size-fits-all solution to mental health. I create personalized care plans that address each person’s unique needs, combining traditional therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused EMDR. These approaches are designed to help process and desensitize painful memories while reducing the negative beliefs that can hold you back, such as “I’m not good enough” or “I have to be perfect.” By addressing these thoughts, we can work together to improve your motivation, relationships, mood, job satisfaction, creativity, and even your spiritual well-being. The ultimate goal is to help you feel more at ease, reducing symptoms of anxiety, anger and depression so you can live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Mindwellness Practice Description
Integrative Virtual Mental Health (IVMH) is a holistic approach to anxiety, stress, trauma and anger made available by hippa compliant video sessions. Though IVMH utilizes an all natural approach there’s a time and severity medication is needed and often required to help an individual that is suffering. It is during this time clients should reach out to their local physician or psychiatrist in conjunction with our services. Our approach does not prescribe medication but it does require changes in your sleep, hydration, nutrition and movement along with working though traumas such as illness, addiction, death, job loss, relationship endings and abuse (physical, mental and emotional). Healing unhealthy beliefs such as "I am not good enough" or "I always have to be perfect or responsible" can be a game changer. Book a session today.
