I'm a queer, biracial trauma-focused somatic therapist. I work with clients to connect their mind and body. I use approaches that help clients find their bodies to be a safe place to cope, listen to their cues of dysregulation, and help process and heal. I focus on trauma work for marginalized folks. My specialized populations include LGBTQIA+ folks and TRANS FOLKS within their first years of transition, those with RELIGIOUS TRAUMA, TEENS, and those with BIPOLAR DISORDER. I work through a decolonized approach. This means I meet clients where they are and recognize the systems of oppression that impact them. I have over 11 years of experience doing trauma therapy and engaging in radical inclusivity. I'd be honored to support your healing process and help you find safety and liberation in who you are.
