William, as he is known by his colleagues, started his journey into the helping profession as a teacher at a reform school for challenged youth. At that school, he discovered that it was least important to teach the boys how to build a birdhouse from wood, but more important to teach them how to think positively so one day they could build a home for their family. That passion never left him and he began a journey that ultimately has brought him to this place in his long career. His favorite scripture is Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Coaching can work with a variety of issues, such as those outlined in this listing. If during our work together, a mental health challenge is uncovered, a referral will be made to a Physician or a Licensed Mental Health Professional in your area, to address psychological issues, such as depression and anxiety.
